Description
The TYM1400 Automatic Web Die-Cutting Machine is the latest product independently developed by our company. It is specially used to realize the automatic die-cutting process of web materials that need to be coated after printing. The equipment has a wide range of applicability and can meet the production needs of a variety of products, including cartons, paper cups, labels, cardboard embossing, portable paper bags and paper covers, etc.
With the help of advanced resin sand casting technology, the stability of the main unit and frame of this equipment is ensured. The core components adopt imported PLC control system, making the equipment operation more accurate and reliable. The main motor is controlled by an AC variable frequency speed regulator to achieve smooth operation of the main drive. In addition, the main transmission system is equipped with an air clutch braking device to further improve the smoothness and reliability of machine braking, thereby ensuring the stability and reliability of the entire system.
The equipment uses high-precision color photoelectric automatic tracking and detection and servo motor automatic positioning systems. The equipment is equipped with automatic correction equipment for the feeder. It has the characteristics of convenient adjustment, high positioning accuracy, stable feeding, uniform tension, compact structure, high degree of automation, easy operation, and stable performance, so it is widely used in practical applications.
